We offer personal care, companion care, home health aide services, skilled nursing, dementia care, mobility support, medication reminders, respite care, post-hospital care, chronic condition support, and Eden Transportation coordination.

Can services be combined?

Yes. Many clients receive a combination of services based on the authorized plan of care and verified benefits.

Do you accept my Medicaid plan?

We help verify benefits with your plan. Coverage depends on eligibility, authorization, documentation, medical necessity, and plan approval. Virginia Medicaid managed care plans may include plans such as Anthem HealthKeepers Plus and others.

What is Cardinal Care?

Cardinal Care is Virginia's Medicaid and FAMIS program, administered through the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS).
