Respite is short-term coverage so an unpaid family caregiver can rest. It is not the same as ongoing companion care for the client, and it is not a paid LRI personal-care assignment.

Home care supports daily living and clinical needs at home but does not replace emergency medical services. Families should maintain emergency contacts and call 911 when immediate medical attention is required. For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately. Eden Home Health Care provides non-emergency in-home support and coordination.
