Grocery shopping and errands are community IADL tasks. They are not Eden Transportation rides unless a ride is separately reserved, and they are not DME delivery.
Caregivers follow shopping lists, respect dietary preferences, provide receipts when requested, and put items away safely.
Families receive receipts and notes about supply needs or concerns observed during errands.
Home care supports daily living and clinical needs at home but does not replace emergency medical services. Families should maintain emergency contacts and call 911 when immediate medical attention is required. For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately. Eden Home Health Care provides non-emergency in-home support and coordination.
