Nursing careers
Eden Home HealthCare Center may recruit qualified registered nurses and licensed practical nurses for home-care, supervisory, assessment, care-plan, case or visit, and other role-specific responsibilities. What is available depends on active openings and organizational service needs. This page does not claim every nursing service or vacancy is currently staffed.
Role explorer
Duties stay inside Virginia scope of practice, the written job description, and the assignment. This hub does not claim every nursing service is currently staffed.
RN
RNs practice within Virginia registered-nursing licensure and Eden assignment rules. In licensed personal care, an RN develops or manages the written service plan where those rules apply and professional supervision of personal-care staff is part of the model. This is not a claim that every Eden client receives skilled nursing.
LPN
LPNs practice within Virginia practical-nursing rules and required direction. Tasks depend on license, competency, the care plan or orders, and employer policy — not a website chart.
Career OS published data
Employment arrangements in Career OS include full-time, part-time, PRN / per diem, and case / visit-based where configured. Actual arrangement is confirmed only if a role is offered.
Medicaid reimbursement is not employee pay.
Open Compensation ExplorerNo nursing vacancy is currently published.
Examples where role-appropriate. Not every duty appears in every job.
Personal-care nursing supervision is not the same as skilled nursing. Not every Eden client receives skilled nursing.
These models are not interchangeable.
Eden verifies role-required professional credentials. Only universally required items are marked required here.
Progression is not automatic. It depends on education, licensure, qualifications, organizational need, and a human hiring decision.
Nurses often see the same clients in their own homes, supporting consistency when the assignment allows it.
The setting is the home and community rather than a crowded inpatient unit.
Teaching and coordination with families is a regular part of many home-care assignments.
The aim of many plans is to help clients remain as independent as their condition and services allow.
Nurses use professional judgment inside license, orders, the plan, and Eden policy — not beyond them.
Work may include coordination with caregivers, therapists, providers, and care managers when assigned.
Benefit eligibility follows Career OS employment-type rules. Full-time exploration may include benefits assumptions in the Compensation Explorer. PRN and visit-based roles often do not. Nothing here is a benefits guarantee.
Certain Medicaid-funded home and community services use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). EVV may record worker, service, date, location, start time, and end time. Not every nurse or employee uses identical EVV. The Applicant Center is not the EVV system.

Request client careEden may recruit qualified RNs and LPNs for home and community care when organizational need and active openings exist. Roles can include home-care nursing, supervisory, assessment, care-plan, and case or visit work. Not every function is staffed at all times.
Yes, Eden recruits both when there is a published vacancy or when general nursing interest is accepted through the talent network. Check Current openings on this page and Careers → Search.
RN roles require a Virginia RN license (or compact privilege authorizing Virginia practice). LPN roles require a Virginia LPN license (or compact privilege). Exact credential lists are in the job description.
Eden verifies role-required professional credentials. Use the official Virginia Board of Nursing license lookup linked on this page. Verification is an employment step, not a public website self-check of your file.
Employment arrangement is confirmed only if a role is offered. Career OS publishes the arrangements configured for exploration. Nothing here is a guaranteed schedule.
Published Career OS ranges for RN and LPN are illustrative recruiting information, not a guaranteed wage or an offer. Open the Compensation Explorer for current published ranges.
No. Provider reimbursement is not employee compensation. Eden pay comes from the published Career OS ranges and the actual employment terms.
Where personal-care rules apply, an RN develops or manages a written service plan and professional supervision of personal-care staff. That is not the same as providing skilled nursing procedures to every client.
Personal care is ADL and related support under a written plan, with nurse supervision of attendants. Skilled nursing is clinical service under applicable medical orders or plan of care and license scope. They are not interchangeable.
Only Career OS published vacancies are listed. If none appear, no nursing vacancy is currently published. You may join the talent network or submit general nursing interest.
Yes. Use Search roles or Apply. Talent-network interest is not a published vacancy.
