Skilled nursing is licensed nursing care under a physician-approved plan. It is not personal care, companion sitting, or PCA task lists, and it is not ABA therapy.
A registered nurse assesses needs, follows the authorized plan, documents visits, communicates changes, and educates families on safe practices.
Nurses provide visit summaries and alert families to meaningful changes while coordinating with physicians and case managers.
Home care supports daily living and clinical needs at home but does not replace emergency medical services. Eden Home Health Care provides non-emergency in-home support and coordination.
